The Green Villa is situated in the pretty coastal village of Kakovatos, a short walk from the centre and the beach. The beautiful 1.5km stretch of sandy beach is a 10-minute walk away.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One further older child or adult is charged 20 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
