It disposes spacious and secluded villas, each with its private garden. All villas have a living area with a decorative fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and washing machine. The area of Pirgi Thermis is known for its thermal springs, dating back to 1200 B.C. and its olive trees that spread down to the sea. The medieval temple of Panagia Trouloti stands in the olive grove and the remains of the castle ers are reminiscent of pirates.
