Built in 1982 and it consists of a 2-storey building with 11 units. Hotel offers following facilities: reception, lounge, bar and terrace, swimming pool of Margaritas House (approx. 150 m), sandy / shingle beach (130 m).All rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC.
