Housed in a former olive press, the stone-built Fabrika features a traditional restaurant with a blossomed courtyard, just 0.6 miles from Volissos Castle in Chios. Its self-catering units come with free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the garden or the mountain.Featuring a kitchenette with dining area, the traditionally decorated studios of Fabrika are fitted with stone walls and wrought-iron beds.
